Having a philanthropic spirit, Mr. Nagaraj is popularly called  Nagaraj Bhaiyya at  YB. He started his yoga journey over 20 years ago. He has been attracted to and liked Yoga from his childhood days. He set out towards the Himalayas in search of a teacher and ended up under the tutorship of Baba Ramdev. He did his YIC from VYASA in 2011. He has done six months of intense training at Shivananda Ashram in Tiruvananthapuram. He believes that Yoga is required for good all round health. He is 49 years old and remains a bachelor. He says, he did not feel the need to marry. He wants to continue to be in the service of people to help them become strong. He is in the Yoga Bharati teacher’s team since 2016. His yoga instructions and yoga style are unique and appeals to even advanced practitioners. He specializes in alignment, stretches and advanced asanas. He has this to say about Yoga Bharati…, it provides an opportunity and embraces Yoga instructors from all around. Its karyakartas are doing a lot of good work in the field of Yoga.
